Q. How do I book?
A. Simply email or call us with the dates you have in mind and we will return your enquiry within 48 hours.
Q. How do I reserve my booking?
A. We require a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance to be paid eight weeks prior to your event.
Q. Is delivery, set up and takeaway included in the price?
A. Deliver is FREE of charge within 12 miles of KT21. Locations outside this area can be quoted on request. Collection, assembly and styling is included with all our packages.
Q. What is the hire period?
A. We can drop off and set up anytime during your wedding day (that fits in with your wedding schedule) and we pick up the next day.
Q. When booking a children’s wedding area, what is included?
A. We have a package set up that typically includes a fully styled children’s area, three tents, lights, rugs, cushions, decorative items, crafts table and crafts, please contact us for a full breakdown. Additional elements can be added on at your request.
Q. How long does a set up take?
A. Our set up takes approximately 1 hour (but depends on the number of tents)
Q. Can the tents go outside?
A. No, they are not waterproof.
Q. Can you tailor The Little Tents set up to our wedding theme?
A. We have a three different themes to cater for the style of your wedding little boho, vintage lace and sparkly sequins. Please contact us for more information.
Q. Are The Little Tents available to purchase?
A. No currently our tents are not for sale.
Q. How are the items in The Little Tents packages cleaned?
A. All blankets are laundered after each hire using sensitive washing liquid. Decorative items are always disinfected and spot cleaned (when required).
Q. Do I need to supply power?
A. The majority of our lights are battery powered, with the exception of our LED tree which we will request power is available for this. All battery levels are checked before each event.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. The deposit paid is non refundable. A minimum of eight weeks notice must be given to cancel your rental (at no additional charge). Any cancellations after this date will be non refundable.

A. Yes, The Little Tents and their pitches are safe for your little guests and all our equipment is fully insured for public liability.
